Be ready to experience a day filled with movement!
Clothing should be athletic and comfortable. You will be hiking, running, and lifting. You may wish to pack an extra set of clothes for our relaxed dinner.
Please wear athletic, closed toed footwear.
We will provide coffee, juice and light snacks throughout the day. Feel free to pack your own snacks and if you have special dietary needs please bring what you need.

Get out of the city and embrace the great outdoors.
Hosted on private property, this event is meant to challenge your day to day by enveloping you in a day curated with fitness by experienced trainers, a foraged dinner from lush gardens and a chance to connect with others willing to create change, stretch their norm and become a catalyst.

Travel information
The event takes place 2 hours outside of New York City around New Paltz, Kingston and Phoenicia area. To give you the best experience, each event is uniquely designed based on the time of year and guests attending. Upon registration, you will receive a welcome email, travel details, and checklist on what and how to prepare.
If traveling by bus to New Paltz, we can arrange a private shuttle for a fee, or you can use Uber and the local taxi services.
